healthy living day
on Friday we had our healthy living day me and my friend were doing some stations there was a lot of stations like basketball,skipping,cross fit and other more thing.I was doing the soccer station and my other friends were doing cross fit.What I liked about at was👍 teaching other people and what I did't like was 👎us not getting o do any actives we had to just train other people.

To be good it high you need to know all of this rules we learn a lot of thing about high jump this is all the rules about high jump first put your toes up when you're jumping you need to put your toes up so your leg can go high.second bent your knees so you can get the force to jump up high.third scissor kick the scissor kick help you jump over the pole.Fourth swing your arm if you swing your arms it help you jump higher. All that rules help you be better at high jump thank you.
